How do I receive my chosen artwork?
By local courier service that will deliver the artwork(s) to the address provided at checkout.
How long will it take for delivery?
Approximately 1-2 working days within the UAE.
1-2 weeks for custom made orders delivered in the UAE.
Can I pick up my chosen artwork?
Yes that is possible. Please send an e-mail to info@jadeloren.com or Whatsapp +971 58 580 85 16. This option is available for UAE residents only.
Can I have my chosen artwork delivered as a gift to an alternate address?
Yes, please include the delivery address at checkout and send us an e-mail to info@jadeloren.com or Whatsapp +971 58 580 85 16 to discuss the wrapping options.
How does my artwork ship?
Paintings are shipped packed safely with cardboard and wrapped in bubble paper or a similar alternative.
Can I return or exchange my artwork?
No. Refunds or exchanges are not possible. If there is any issue please send an e-mail to info@jadeloren.com or Whatsapp +971 58 580 85 16.
Are the works original?
All available paintings are 100% original scarves of luxury fashion brands.
Where are the products made?
All frames are made by master craftsmen in UAE from high quality materials and authentic luxury brands.
